Introduction to Kinstretch
Your first kinstretch class concentrating on the shoulders and the hips using the functional range conditioning system.

Kinstretch Class:Upper Body Focus/Shoulders,Scapula,Wrists
A full 45 minute class including a warm up CARs and then a focus on greater range and strength in shoulders and wrists.

Kinstretch Class:Lower Body Focus/Hips
A brief CARs opening with medium irradiation.A concentrated effort to increase range and strength in the range achieved for internal,external,flexion and extension of the hip.

Kinstretch Class:Splits Focus
Kinstretch class with a variation of CARS to begin class.Then a class designed to lengthen and strengthen the hips and thighs for the sitting splits

Kinstretch Mini Class:Figure 4 and Half 90 Base Stretch focus
Using base stretches of figure 4 and Half 90 the internal and external rotation of hip and the lengthening of the hamstring are explored using end range options.

Kinstretch Class:Hamstring and Hip Focus
Focus is on tight hamstrings by working the hips and lower back to create more space capacity and ease the tension that is commonly held in the hamstrings.

A focus on the hamstring bioflow for a deep active stretch using progressive articular isometric loading and regressive articular isometric loading

Kinstretch Class:Groin/Hip Flexor/Hip
A class covering the strength and mobility needed to expand groin flexibility ,hip flexor length and hip squat depth.Using PALs and RALs progressive and regressive loading strategies at the end range the hips are pushed to their maximum capacity.

Kinstretch Class:Butterfly to Isometric Pathway 90/90,Position 4 and Frog Base
Butterfly as the base position moving into 90/90, position 4 for a deep external hip rotation rounded out with frog position to get deep in the groin and hip.

CARs:CARs Level 2 Upper Body Focus
Using a doweling the practitioner increases irradiation and blocks to create more articular focus In the neck,shoulder,scapula,elbows and wrists.

Kinstretch Class:Advanced Holds and Lift offs for HIp Mobility and Strength
An intense class emphasizing passive holds and lift offs for the hips with articulations in flexion,extension,abduction, adduction,internal and external rotation. Some deep kinetic squad and internal hip rotation as well.

Kinstretch Class:CARs High Intensity upperbody Neck/Scapula/Kinstretch Shoulders
An advanced high irradiation CARs focusing on the upperbody with a kinstretch of the shoulders.Using a dowling to increase overall irradiation and articulation of the joints the practitioner works on expanding control and strength throughout the scapula, neck and shoulders.

Kinstretch Class:High Intensity Hip Holds and Catches
A class dedicated to maximum effort holds, liftoffs and catches for advanced articular control of the hip.Each articulation of the hip is emphasized and neural programming is introduced to increase neural strength and control.

Kinstretch Class:Sitting Splits Routine with PAILs & RAILs /PALs & RALs
A full routine to open up the groin and hips and increase capacity of abductors and adductors that all combine to open the legs with control for a sitting splits position.

Learning and developing isometric pathway from butterfly to 90/90 that will increase joint control of internal and external rotation of the hip

Mobility vs Passive Flexibility:Moving out of a passive stretch
Sending internal signals will allow for more active control of passive range achieved .The goal is to increase active range to within 85% of passive range achieved and this is controlled by the signals we send to our tissue and the response our body signals back.
