Once the three hamstring exercises are done and the progressions show body control of moving the hamstring in eccentric and concentric loaded positions with strength and stability during loading its time to move to the strengthening phases. To prepare the hamstring for quick explosive movements in the end range has been shown to be highly successively in mitigating injury and increasing recovery time.
