  • Isometric Pathway:Butterfly to 90/90

Learning and developing isometric pathway from butterfly to 90/90 that will increase joint control of internal and external rotation of the hip

  • Mobility vs Passive Flexibility:Moving out of a passive stretch

Sending internal signals will allow for more active control of passive range achieved .The goal is to increase active range to within 85% of passive range achieved and this is controlled by the signals we send to our tissue and the response our body signals back.
